Inside is a 16-megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor combined with a 5x optical zoom lens, covering approximately 28–140mm in 35mm equivalent terms.

That gives you a useful range from wide holiday and landscape shots through to zooming in on more distant subjects.

It also records Full HD 1080p video at 30fps and includes electronic shake reduction for video.

Get Seriously Close

One of its coolest features is 1cm Macro photography.

Six LED lights positioned around the lens help illuminate subjects at extremely close range, while the dedicated Digital Microscope mode lets you explore and photograph tiny details that would normally be difficult to see.
