You can connect the OpenComm2 UC directly using Bluetooth without the dongle, but the Loop120 is designed to provide a more stable and reliable connection for computer calls and online meetings.
The wireless range can reach approximately 30 metres / 98 feet under suitable conditions, so you're not necessarily tied to your desk.
