We also want to keep our prices competitive, so we ask customers to remember that ITsCool.ie is a retailer, not a try-before-you-buy or Sale-or-Return service.

Changed Your Mind?

For online consumer purchases, you have your statutory cancellation rights, including the applicable 14-day cooling-off period, subject to the exclusions and conditions provided by law.

We completely understand that sometimes you change your mind. However, please take reasonable care of any product you may wish to return.

A product shouldn't be extensively used, installed or treated as a free trial before being returned. Where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction for any resulting reduction in value.

Certain products may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including applicable sealed goods once opened.

Not sure if something is compatible? Please ask us before ordering. We'd much rather spend five minutes helping you choose the right product than have you order something that isn't suitable.

If Something Is Faulty

If your product arrives faulty or develops a genuine problem, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the fault.

Our technical team may ask you a few questions or carry out some basic troubleshooting before arranging the next step. This often allows us to solve a problem much faster.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Where we have replacement stock available and a replacement is the appropriate remedy, we'll always try to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Your Warranty

Products supplied by ITsCool.ie are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, which varies depending on the product and manufacturer.

Many products carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, while others may include 2-year, 3-year or even lifetime manufacturer warranties.

Where a manufacturer's direct warranty applies, we're happy to help point you in the right direction.

Your manufacturer's warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

Returning an Item

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer will normally be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise required by law.

For faulty goods, return and replacement arrangements will depend on the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights.
